This charity is very close to my heart as I lost a close friend, matthew to suicide 3 years ago. Who he left behind his two amazing daughters and wife Aisling . At the end of august myself and Aisling and my sister Laura who is ash and Matthews best friend and introduced them will be skydiving in aid of pieta house. I also have had family members use pieta houses services and they helped them so much and want to give back to those who really need it.

That means being there for you if you are self-harming, struggling with suicidal thoughts, or have lost someone to suicide. Every year nearly 500 people in Ireland take their own lives, that’s one life lost every week. It doesn’t have to be this way.
