Skydive for Renal Dialysis Unit Sligo Hospital
Donation protected
In a little over 6 weeks time, on the 18th of June, myself, my twin brother Patrick & cousins Patricia & Dermot will take to the skies for a 13,000ft sky dive to raise funds for the Renal Dialysis Unit at Sligo University Hospital.
Our much loved Dad & Uncle Sean McTernan
started his journey on dialysis with the Renal Dialysis team at SUH over 4yrs ago and this skydive is to raise greatly needed funds for the comfort of those patients who are a part of the Renal Dialysis unit. It is also a means for us to show our appreciation to the hardworking and wonderful team in the Renal Dialysis unit.
When Sean contracted COVID-19 in 2020, the staff in the Renal Dialysis unit went above and beyond to look after him, to which we are forever grateful. This skydive is a way for us to show our appreciation to them for their hard work and dedication, not just to Sean but to all those within the unit.
Lets just say none of us love the idea of being 13,000ft up in the air but it’s for a worthy cause so any donation big or small would be greatly appreciated ❤️
The Skydive will take place in Clonbullogue Airfield, Edenderry, Co. Offaly on the 18th of June weather permitting
