Hi Everyone,

My name is Chloe and this August I will be ticking something off my bucket list... Jumping out of a plane!! And what makes this even more worth it is that I'm doing it for Charity, P.I.P.S Suicide prevention Ireland.

PIPS is a Mental health charity based in Belfast, Londonderry and Enniskillen. Unlike other charities PIPS receives no government funding so they solely rely on donations and support from the general public to make their mission possible.

PIPS strives to cater for all and understands that everyone will have individual needs which is why they offer such a range of services from suicide prevention, bereavement support services, counselling, crisis support, one on one sessions, mentoring and support groups and so much more.

They are also one of the few charities with an open door policy meaning there is no need to make an appointment and wait weeks or even months to see a counsellor or therapist. When a person comes to PIPS they will be spoken to immediately and have a support plan put in place.

With mental health and suicide affecting so many of us whether its friends, family, co-workers, our community or ourselves, any money raised will make such a difference to this charity in helping them continue invaluable work.
