Hello! My name is Jack and I will be doing a skydive (scary) with my best friend Olivia to raise money for Mind Northamptonshire.

Mind is a charity that are dedicated to developing innovative mental health services to support individuals dealing with mental health challenges. Mind listen, support, and help build resilience for better mental health. They do this through their inclusive services, offering crisis support, wellbeing courses, counselling and many other strategies to assist many in their mental health goals.

I believe that mental health isn’t spoken about nearly enough, and hope that through this fundraiser not only will we raise money to directly help Mind Northampton, but also be able to open up conversations around mental health and its daily impact on everyone’s lives.

Any and all donations would mean the absolute world! The skydive has been paid in full by myself, so all money raised will go directly to Mind Northamptonshire, thank you!!!!!! <3
