Hi , I’m shaina , I am doing a sky dive in August to raise money for the Matthew Lock ADHD Charity and also in memory of one of my closest friends who passed away in 2023 , Matthew Lock , who we all extremely miss with all our hearts.

The charity has been created by Matthew’s amazing mum and dad , Christine and Richard and they are doing so much to help spread the awareness for the links between ADHD , addiction and suicide. This is such a huge cause which needs to be recognised internationally and the work they have been doing is amazing! By raising money for them , they will be able to further gain more progress on spreading the awareness and help others who may be facing some of these struggles. Matthew’s memory will continue on through us all , and it is so important that we carry on doing this for him.
