I was diagnosed with ADHD and I understand how hard it is to live with struggling with every day tasks that others can do with ease. The ADHD UK and center ADHD and Autism support charities are so important when it comes to helping others with ADHD weather it be helping people to understand the condition or even supporting people with ADHD.
