My brother Sky is an incredible husband and a devoted father to his four wonderful kids: Zeke, who is 10, Emanuel, who is 7, Elon, who is 4, and little Annaleigha, who is just 2. For the past ten years of his marriage, Sky has been the sole breadwinner, working to provide for his family. Unfortunately, his life took a challenging turn about a year ago when he experienced a heart attack, leading to surgery where a stent was placed in his heart. Shortly after that, he was diagnosed with juvenile polyposis syndrome, which brought even more health struggles. He has multiple tumors in his digestive system, the largest being in his stomach, causing severe internal bleeding and leading to extreme anemia and fatigue. This condition has put a dangerous strain on his heart.

Currently, Sky is receiving blood transfusions in the hospital every 3 to 4 weeks. Thankfully, he has finally been referred to a doctor who can perform the necessary surgeries, something he has been waiting a whole year for. His first surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30th.

The severity of Sky’s medical issues has forced him to attend numerous doctor appointments and endure multiple hospital stays due to his blood loss. These overwhelming circumstances have made it incredibly difficult for him to work consistently and meet his financial obligations.

The funds raised will go directly toward covering the out-of-pocket expenses related to the surgeries he will undergo in the coming months. Additionally, funds raised will assist with household needs to support his four children during this incredibly tough time.
