Sky Dive in memory of Katelyn Dawson

As some of you may know, on the 10th of January 2018 a beautiful young girl named Katelyn Dawson had her life tragically taken away from her far too soon. A car mounted the pavement whilst she was stood waiting for her school bus, killing her and injuring several others.

Katelyn was an outgoing, bubbly young individual who had a huge passion for dance. She had a smile that could light up a room and was a very popular pupil at Shelley College where she was studying for her GCSEs.

While the fight for justice for Katelyn is still ongoing, we have decided to do something positive in her honour and raise money for a charity close to the hearts of Katelyn's loved ones. DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS THUS WILL NOW TAKE PLACE ON THE 18th SEPTEMBER! Ellie Stephenson and Amy Nicholson will be taking part in a skydive to raise money in her memory. The charity chosen by Katelyn's family is the forget me not hospice. The hospice supports families with children who have life shortening conditions and help grieving families say a proper goodbye to their loved ones. The work they did after Katelyn's passing was truly amazing and a real comfort to those close to her during this traumatic time.
