SKY DIVE CERVICAL CANCER AWARENESS

So as some of you may know my name is Shannen Murphy. Last year 2022 I dreamt I had cervical cancer, little did I no after this going for a smear I would be going down the road I did. Long story short So off I went for the testing and just as well I did. As it turned out that June 22. 2022 the day before my 28th birthday I found out I had cervical cancer. Not the best birthday present as anyone can imagine but sure look we powered on, after a few surgeries including hysterectomy appendix bursting in the mean time and a few other complications I’m here today But without the smear test the outcome would of been different. And a big thank you to dr. Waseem Kamran for saving my life along with tallaght James hospital and also the beacon,So here I am 7 months in remission and to mark one year today this year June 22 2023 I’m organising a sky dive to raise for Irish cancer society for patient services.
