Hey my name is Damien of Laytonville for the past 6yrs,

I am fundraising for Jeff’s family. On Aug 15 Jeff was found unresponsive while working on his farm, we rushed him down the mountain after cpr and unfortunately we were not fast enough :( and he was pronounced dead at scene. He was my best friend

Jeff had just moved here to begin a better life living the farm lifestyle with great intentions. Being that he didn’t have his ID anywhere to be found, his Mother, Father and Brother are to fly out here and claim and identify the body officially. His family is a bit older and fixed income and this is not only an emotional toll on them but now also financially.

This was our first year working together out here and we have not yet our harvest, So if there is anything that we as a community can pull together to help with the travel and funeral cost for the family to help them through these trying times. Help them be able to arrive here sooner so they can begin to heal
