Apartment Flooded

We are asking to help Diana who suffers from Muscular Dystrophy and is wheelchair-bound. Her parents and husband passed away. To make matters worse, her condominium, and the one below, were FLOODED.
Unfortunately, she has no insurance. Thus, she has not been able to make the repairs yet, so it is unlivable.
She understands that this year everyone has been going through a rough time. She apologizes for asking for help. But bills are piling up and she is against a wall.
