Please help save my baby, Axel!

Axel is not just a dog to me, he is my best friend! Axel is a 8 month old, reverse sealed brindle boxer. Unfortunately Axel was born with birth defect, that was unknown until he was three months old. Now my best friend is in danger of losing his penis, or worse his life! As Axel grew the skin that should cover his penis was pushed back. This lead to a permanent prolapsed penis. This condition is not only excruciatingly painful, but dangerous. Since Axel's penis is exposed it freezes in the snow, burns in the sun, and gets chapped from the wind. As you could imagine this isn't a comfortable feeling.  Axel has been in and out of the vet many times for these issues. He had to be rushed to the hospital, and have surgery because he ripped the skin off his penis! The risk of infection due to this issue is high, and potentially life threatening. Axel has finally seen a specialist, and has a surgical plan. He needs three procedures to save his penis! Axel needs a preputial advancement, a preputial opening reconstruction, and a phallopexy. This is his last chance before having to get his penis amputated. I know he doesn't want that! Unfortunately I do not have to funds to cover his surgery. His past vet visit have tapped me out. I so want to help Axel to not be in pain! I normally would never ask for help but for him I would do anything! I can't lose my best friend!
