Kidney tranplant scheduled on 27th of June 2024

Hi my name is Ernest John Solomon, im the older brother of Bea Angelika Solomon, I am based in London and she is in Philippines. She was diagnosed as end stage renal disease last 26th of October 2023. She badly needs a kidney transplant, her kidneys are no longer functioning and she’s currently doing a 3x a week dialysis. Everything came up very fast initially she was diagnosed that she has Gerd only 3weeks before 26th of October, that’s why I booked my mother a flight going here in London to help us take care of our baby daughter who is only 6months during that time. It’s like only happening in movies and feels like a nightmare literally 12hrs before her flight (the flight was 2am 27th of October) she received a phone call from the Doctor that she needs to bring my sister to A&E because her creatinine reached 1100 already which is very high. Then I just received a message from my family in Philippines that my mother needs to cancel her flight going here because they are currently in the hospital with my sister. Moving forward, today I just received a good news from my brother that he is compatible with my sister to be a kidney donor and now we need to have a big amount of money for the kidney transplant. Honestly, i think this is the only way I could help them to raise a money for her operation. Small amount makes a difference. I hope you can help us with this please! My sister has a lot of dreams and she is only 22years old, she doesn't smoke and drink. We don't know how she came up with this. Please help
