My name is Ada Marie, I am 24 years old from Norway, and I need some help.

I have struggled with obesity since my early teens. At the age of 21, I weighed 130kg.

I finally managed to take action, gain control, and fight against bad habits and an unhealthy diet. I have managed to lose close to 54kg without aids! Life became easier, but not torment free.. I went from being trapped in a body to a second.. with the weight loss, I've got a lot of loose skin around my stomach and elsewhere. But the stomach area is the one that most hinders normal everyday life. I am now struggling with fungal infections, wet sores and chafing, pains that I cannot explain in any other way than that it feels like someone is constantly pulling my stomach down to the ground. I have tried various treatments for this but nothing helps in the long term. I have applied for the operation to be covered by the public sector, but have been rejected over and over again, without them even looking at me. I am 162cm and weighed 130kg. They do not think that my numbers have been bad enough for me to be entitled to help. I have found a clinic in Sweden with very good surgeons and good results from the work they do. The starting price for the stomach surgery I really want and feel I need is NOK 49,000, which is a large sum for me to pay, so I therefore want to ask for help and I have ofc started to save money to !The money will only go to the operation and I would like to update you between the whole process, and would be happy to answer any relevant questions.
