Where to begin….
All my life I have given myself to others….living
through others people’s happiness and
sacrificing my own!
Wanting Acceptance and Definitely desiring to
be loved …I forgot my self worth and began to
EAT my emotions to deal with my depression
and pain.
One day I woke up and took ACCOUNTABILITY for my role that I played in packing in 635lbs!!
I’m proud to say that I lost 380lbs! I never
thought I could do it but I push myself everyday to be a little better than I was the day before!
With losing this much weight I have a
astonishing amount of extra skin. From my
arms, chest, stomach and even legs are weighed down by my extra skin. This makes it difficult to
exercise, buy clothes, or even walk!
Today I’m starting my next journey on my road
to a happier me!
Thank you for all of your LOVE! It’s got me
through the darkest times to start seeing the
other side of the rainbow!
