Hello!

My name is Aimee and I am a proud single mother on a mission to regain my health.

I have battled with my mental health for most of my life, learning to comfort myself through food and alcohol.

I have crawled myself through some of the darkest moments of my life determined to take back control of the future, myself and son deserve.

I have lost a total of 165 pounds, received all of the therapy I could soak up and I am a proud member of the recovery community, recovered from SI and sober now for 2 years!

Asking for help has not been in my playbooks, but, I am learning to advocate for myself and accept the kindness that others have so graciously shown me throughout my life.

My goal of skin removal is a monumental one, while I am scared of this process, I fear the life I once lived far more than the one that lays ahead of me.

I am allowed to get better, to grow from the decisions and actions of my past and have the life I know is awaiting ahead me.
