SKIMO WORLD CUP 2024 & BEYOND

SKIMO World Cup 2023 and the 2026 Winter Olympics

My name is Innika and I have been given an amazing opportunity to represent Australia at this year’s SKIMO World Cup in Tromsø, Norway in April.

I am encouraged by the support I have received at being accepted onto the Australian team to represent my country and excited at the challenges ahead of me.

Ski Mountaineering or SKIMO is mostly an unknown winter sport in Australia with no funding currently available for athletes participating at a local level or representing our country on the international stage.

I am asking if you would be willing to contribute to my fundraising to help me achieve my goals and join me on my journey to the World Cup and beyond, leading to the 2026 Winter Olympic Games. A gift of any amount would mean the world to me and funds raised will be used to purchase much-needed ski gear, protective clothing and assist with my travel expenses and accommodation costs. It would also mean a lot if you could share my fundraising efforts with your friends and colleagues. The more exposure I get, the faster I will achieve my fundraising goals and SKIMO ambitions.
