Hello. My name is Mark aka Skidders. Over the last couple of years I've suffered with a big increase in my mental health problems (PTSD, anxiety and depression). This has resulted in long periods of work unfortunately. Now my reserves have run dry and I'm currently on 50% pay, which isn't enough to pay my rent and living costs etc. Exhausted all other avenue's at present, embarrassing to do this but giving it a go.
