Skate Park Memorial, Porter Harper

Porter Harper, who is loved by so many has tragically passed away on February 26 in an accident. In loving memory of our beloved Son, Grandson, Nephew, Brother and dearest friend, we are raising funds to put a memorial rail or bench at the Skate Park at Coomes Recreational Center in Abingdon, VA.
