My name is Nicola Ebanks, a born Jamaican currently working with Skanska Civil Northeast. By now, you may have heard about the Category 5 hurricane that made landfall in the western region of Jamaica. This storm caused major devastation across that part of our beautiful island. Homes were destroyed, power grids down, and no access to clean water. The people there are in desperate need of help. My goal is to help supply portable generators and support the rebuilding of safe, concrete structures for affected families.
