One life altering decision by another, two young lives are lost and Ki'ara is STILL fighting for her quality of her life. Ki’ara is a recent high school graduate & honor roll student at Deer Valley High School in Antioch CA. She was scheduled to attend college on 8/27/2018 to become a Physical Therapist. On 8/12/2018 she was involved in a major auto collision that was caused by the negligence of Ramya Ramey leaving her in extremely serious condition.
Kiara has been in the hospital for almost a year and has been making slow progress. This has been a very difficult, emotional and a financial struggle for her and her family. Any donation will be helpful Please click on the link below for more details regarding the accident. Thank You.
on August 23,2019 Kiara was finally able to return home. Kiara now has major brain injury, cannot talk or walk and is bed bond due to the reckless driving caused by Ramya Ramey. Praying that the court will hold Ramya Ramey accountable for her actions. Please continue to keep Kiara in your prayers. #justiceagianstramyaramey.
9/29/2021- As you all Kiara was involved in a tragic car collision; she is unable to move her upper and lower extremities and has limited mobility. It has been extremely hard to get Kiara around to her medical appointments due to her condition. Because of Kiara's condition she requires a rear entry Handicapped Accessible Vehicle. We have recently been presented with a vehicle that has rear end access however it requires us to pay $38,539.00 which the Victims of Crime will cover $30,000 with the remaining cost of $8,539.00 for us to pay out of pocket. If you are able to contribute in support of Kiara getting around to her medical appointments, we greatly thank you in advance.
