Help Me Rebuild After Job Loss

Since I’m down bad, I might as well share an embarrassing childhood photo.

Things took a bad turn about a month ago when I lost my job the day before Thanksgiving unexpectedly. I’ve been struggling for a variety of reasons and am now hitting a point where I’m needing help. I feel some shame in this and scraping anything I can together to just have a place to live for another month. Job prospects have all been slow with the time of the year, but bills don’t go away sadly. Broke my phone, lost my job, lost my car, and at this point, I’m desperate. I know I’ll likely be judged for this, and that hurts, but here I am. I want to be okay and hope I can get there. I just need a little help to keep me on my feet. Thank you to anyone who wants to hear my story, even if you aren’t able to contribute. The world is hard, and I’m sorry to anyone else I haven’t been there for in the past.
