My name is Karen La Mar. Many of you know me as Momma Bear. I am creating this on behalf of Johnnie's family to help cover the costs of the funeral expenses. The estimate is $5,000. We will update this as we learn more too. Please note, this is just for the funeral. A separate gofundme has been set up for Johnnie's fiance, Ashley, and their baby, Zayden. Johnnie was young and his death was unexpected. He leaves behind his fiance, his son, and a whole lot of family that loved him very much. A viewing will be held Thursday, September 4 from 2:00 - 6:00pm and the funeral will be held Friday, September 5 at 3:00pm. Both will be at Thompson Funeral Home, 3601 5th Ave, Sacramento (across from Oak Park). There will be a reception after the service at Countryside Park located at Meadowhaven Dr. and Power Inn Rd. (across from Sam's Club). If you would like to help, bring a salad, fruit tray, or dessert to share (pizza, Johnnie's favorite food) will be provided.
