Baby Dominic

Hello incredible group of people!!! We may know each other, but if not..my name is Heather and I am starting this go fund me on behalf of my sister Ashley and her family. My baby nephew Dominic is currently battling hard to overcome bronchiolotis and pneumonia, after several days of care at Munson Medical Center he was sent by ambulance to Helen Devos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids due to lack of improvement with his breathing and eating. So many of you know my wonderful, kind sister Ashley and her amazing husband Scott, they are right by Dominic’s side in the pediatric ICU while he remains on enhanced breathing support and a feeding tube of breast milk. Dominic has 3 older sisters who are remaining so, so strong. Wheatley(10), Ari(9) and Lulu(4), are staying with family back in Leelanau, if you see the girls please give them some love and support, I cannot imagine how hard it is to be away from your mom, dad and baby brother in such an unknown situation. We are hoping and praying everyday for the glimpses of recovery to continue. The reason we are starting this go fund me is because so many of you have asked how you can help, the outpouring of love, support and prayers from our community has been incredible. This situation is so hard because while there is nothing we can do for Dominic’s health…Ash, Scott and the girls would appreciate any donation to help with expenses outside of medical bills, gas to and from GR, meals and general living expenses while Scott is out of work and Ashley returning to work will be delayed. With all of our hearts we are so grateful for everyone who has reached out and every little bit helps ease the stress of money so the family can focus on sending all the love and good vibes to baby Dom. I cannot wait to see our little guy conquers this hurdle. Thank you again for your support.
