Hi my name is Vincent Dwyer. In November 2024 i found out I have advanced pancreatic cancer. I had to have multiple surgeries because of complications.I live on social assistance and have zero funds let over every month to help with my diet some medications and traveling back and forth to the hospital in St. Johns.
