Emergency: My Family in Gaza Has No Food Left – Please Help

My name is Maher Alassar, and I live in Burnaby, BC, Canada.

For the past 1 year and 10 months , I have been doing everything I can to support my brothers, sister, and their children who are trapped in Gaza and living through the unimaginable.

They’ve lost their homes. They’ve lost their safety. And now… They’ve lost access to food, water, and medicine.

I’ve sent every dollar I could to help them survive buying food, emergency medicine, and temporary tents for shelter. But now, I’ve reached my limit, and their situation is getting worse by the day.

The Situation: They have no food left. Children are going to bed hungry and waking up weaker each day.

They are constantly displaced. Every time they flee from airstrikes, they have to abandon what little shelter they had and find or build new tents.

They are surviving on nothing, in one of the most dangerous and hopeless environments on earth.

I’ve never felt more helpless in my life. And that’s why I’m reaching out now.
