Sisters in Need: Rebuilding After Loss

Hello, my name is Sharon Thurow, and I’m reaching out to you on behalf of two dear sisters, Lynn Bauer (79) and Joanne Bauer (84). On Sunday, March 2, 2025, a tragic explosion tore through their condominium, destroying everything they owned—including the lives of their beloved kitten and bird. Now, with only their modest Social Security incomes, these wonderful women find themselves homeless and uncertain about the future.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to help Lynn and Joanne rebuild their lives. They need a safe place to stay, basic necessities, and the means to begin recovering from this unthinkable loss. With so many of us blessed in our own ways, I believe it’s time to come together and show compassion to those who genuinely need help.
