Hello everyone, my name is Stephanie. Currently, my sister Monica and I are in need of some help. We have shared our older home together in the Midwest for the past 20 plus years. We split all the bills, including our mortgage. We both suffer from bone-on-bone knee osteoarthritis. I am in need of a double knee replacement due to wear and tear from working and still working as a Nurse Medical Assistant in a pediatric office for the past 34 and a half years. Because of the numerous storms, including flooding, our basement has severe foundation issues and, lately, black mold. We have done minor repairs and patching through the years, but lately, it has become very overwhelming. In addition to a huge crater from a concrete slab uprooted from water-damaged soft grounds, I am ashamed and embarrassed to have to go on this platform to ask for help, but we are totally overwhelmed and cannot afford any more online loans to fix our problems with the basement. I am capped out at work and can't get raises any longer, and I am trying not to postpone my knee replacement. Monica and I would greatly appreciate any help.
