I have supported and been with my sister Conchita "Connie" Collazo since she was diagnosed with ALS.  She fought VERY STRONG, unfortunately the battle ended two days ago (6/5/2019).

Even more unfortunately, she did not have -- and could not get -- life insurance.   So right now, it's a serious struggle for our family and myself to cover the funds needed for funeral expenses.

We are asking you to donate whatever you can to provide much-needed closure to the many who loved her.

In addition to a service for friends and family, the funeral plan includes an on-site service for the residents of Good Shepherd Raker Center.  These people are faced with similar battles and also deserve to pay tribute, but cannot travel to a funeral home due to their condition.

Let's all do our best to celebrate a life well lived, but cut short by ALS.
