My dog's name is Sissy. She is part wiener dog, part long-haired dachshund. She got hit by a car in my neighborhood while I was at work. The woman took off running. My wife carried her to the emergency vet. I have five kids and a wife. I'm the only one that works. I paid what I could to get her sewed up. Her pelvis is broken and she has a huge hernia that the doctor said if it ruptures, she'll die. We're doing the best we can with what we have. The doctor said the surgery to make sure she can walk and not die because of the ruptured hernia is going to cost us $3,000. I have nowhere close to that. I had enough to get her sewed up and to get her medicine to make her comfortable. If you can, please help me get the money to get my dog the surgery, I will be forever grateful.
