Apoyo para Sissi Lama

Esta es la lucha por una madre, hija, abuela, y mujer maravillosa que quiere seguir luchando por su vida.


Somos los hijos de Sissi Lama; Sissi, Enrique, Edith y Leslie, pidiendo apoyo para poder tener más tiempo con nuestra mamá. El día 9 de Diciembre le diagnosticaron cáncer al pulmón. Lamentablemente este tipo de cáncer es muy difícil de detectar a tiempo,es muy agresivo y de rápido desarrollo. Uno de sus pulmones está tomado y su corazón se ha visto afectado, por lo que necesita oxígeno las 24 horas.


Quien conoce a mami Sissi sabe que es una mujer de ideales muy grandes y de gran corazón. Quien no la conoce, se la describimos con su frase favorita: “Niño malcriado encuentra madre o padre en cualquier lado.” Para ella aparentemente todo el mundo es un niño malcriado, porque ella se vuelve una figura materna para todas las personas que conoce, da consejos a quien lo necesite, abre las puertas de su hogar a quien no tiene, y busca la manera de ayudar a que esa persona se levante, ya que está ahí si necesitas desahogarte.Ella aparece en las ocasiones donde necesitas estar acompañado y solo quieres una cara conocida que crea en ti.


Mami Sissi tiene todo el ánimo y ganas de vencer esto. En ella podemos ver la fuerza que hace que nosotros tampoco perdamos la esperanza, que solo será una lucha difícil la cual podremos ver atrás y saber que la peleamos y ganamos. Que esto solo nos unirá más como familia.


El valor que estamos pidiendo es para los costos que el seguro no cubre por no estar en el nivel necesario, medicinas que tenemos que traer de afuera hacia Ecuador, tratamientos para prolongar su estancia con nosotros y con la esperanza de tener nuestro milagro. Todas estas son cosas necesarias para tenerla más navidades y años con nosotros; sus hijos, nietos, sobrinos, hermanos, madre y tías.


Estamos agradecidos con las personas que han podido ayudarnos y que oran/rezan por nuestra mamá. Cualquier tipo de ayuda así sea económica, una oración, palabras de aliento o simplemente buenas energías, es más que bienvenida.

This is the fight for a mother, daughter, grandmother, and wonderful woman who wants to continue fighting for her life.


We are the children of Sissi Lama; Sissi, Enrique, Edith and Leslie, asking for support in order to have more time with our mom. On December 9 she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Unfortunately, this type of cancer is very difficult to detect in time, it is very aggressive and rapidly developing. One of her lungs is taken and her heart has been affected, so she needs oxygen all the time.


Who knows Mami Sissi knows that she is a woman with a big heart. Who does not know her, we describe her with her favorite phrase: "Spoiled child finds mother or father anywhere." For her, apparently everyone is a spoiled child, because she becomes a mother figure for all the people she knows, she gives advice to those who need it, opens the doors of her home to those who do not have it, and looks for ways to help that person to get up, she is there if you need to let off steam. She appears on the occasions where you need to be accompanied and just want a familiar face that believes in you.


Mami Sissi have the will and the fight to beat this. In her we can see the force that causes us to not lose hope, which will only a difficult struggle which we can see behind and know that we fight and win. That this will only unite us more as a family.


The amount that we are asking for is for the costs that the insurance does not cover for not being at the necessary level, medicines that we have to bring from abroad to Ecuador, treatments to prolong her stay with us and in the hope of having our miracle. These are all necessary things to have more Christmas and years with us; her children, grandchildren, nephews, brothers, mother and aunts.


We are grateful to the people who have been able to help us and who pray for our mother. Any kind of help, whether economic, a prayer, words of encouragement or simply good energies, is more than welcome.
