Help Me Get to Sri Lanka with Devon County Cricket!
Hi, I’m Siri Tucker-Hart, I’m 14 and I live in Plymouth. I LOVE cricket – I’ve been playing since I was little, and I’m proud to have earned a place in the Devon County U15 Girls squad and the opportunity of a lifetime to go on a 2-week cricket tour of Sri Lanka with my teammates!
Why am I fundraising?
In February 2026, I’ve got an amazing opportunity: a two-week cricket tour of Sri Lanka with my teammates. We’ll be playing against other girls’ teams, experiencing a new culture, exploring an incredible country and making memories that will stay with us forever.
The only problem is that it costs £3,100. I’m already doing everything I can to fundraise: I have a part-time job, and I'll spend the next few months washing cars, running cake sales and helping my parents and cricket club to organise fundraising events – but I’ll need some extra help to make it happen.
What the money will be used for
The cost of trip itself (£3050)
Devon Cricket travel pack (£50) plus cricket kit (which is expensive!)
Every penny raised will go directly to helping me take part in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Why this matters
Cricket is growing fast for women and girls, but the opportunities aren’t the same for everyone. I’m really proud to have reached county level.
I want to keep pushing myself, and I hope that by fundraising for this trip, I can show that girls like me can achieve amazing things in cricket too.
This year I’ve trained harder than ever: extra coaching, academy sessions, running, gym workouts, weights, and very early Sunday mornings travelling to training across Devon. It’s been tough, but I love it and it's paid off as I now have this awesome opportunity.
If you can donate or share my page, it would mean so much. Every bit helps me get closer to stepping out onto that pitch in Sri Lanka.
Thank you!
Siri ✨
