I'm Dancin' for a Cause

Hi friends,
I am participating in the annual Woman's Chamber of Commerce "Dancin' for a Cause" event. This yearly event fashioned after the popular television show "Dancing with the Stars" is the Women's Chamber signature event and raises tens of thousands of dollars for their scholarship fund. As a "local celebrity" dancer, I along with 15 other couples will be attempting to perform a dance routine with my dance instructor-partner Betty Harris on the night of the event in front a rather large audience of several hundred.
However, dancing aside, the real purpose for this event is to raise funds for scholarships to be awarded to Garland County graduating seniors and Nat'l Park College students and I will be competing for one of the trophies given to the top three fund-raisers.
It is truly a great time for all with great music, dancing, hors d'oeuvres and a ton of silent auction items. Don't miss it!
I will be raising funds in a number of ways including:
-Ticket sales to the event at the HS Convention Center on Oct. 3rd ($30.00)
-Sale of ads in the event program
-The sale of dozens of donated silent auction items on the night of the event
-Other cash donations
Your generous donation to this event will insure that even more students will be able to further their education.
