I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer stage 4 in February 2021 aged 70. Ive had my radiotherapy treatment to the prostate and am now on Hormone therapy by way of a 3 monthly injection and daily chemo medication to help surpress and control the cancer that has spread to my spine and pelvis. This chapter in my life isn’t easy but the journey continues and thankfully I’m surrounded by friends and family who have helped me put the cancer in its box so that I can adapt and continue to live as normal a life as is possible.
