History:

With their complementary skills and shared passion, the brother and sister duo sought to create a unique business in the industry they both love. When Katie worked in the wine industry and Brooks worked in the beer industry, they always played around with the idea of running their own bar/shop and how owning a business together would be a dream. This concept began when Katie first moved to Ventura, was on maternity leave and was annoyed there was not a local coffee shop in her neighborhood. What started off as a simple coffee shop idea, evolved to a concept that would showcase both their strengths and passions.
