Sipriana's Recovery please help get me back on my feet

On March 24th I was involved in a major car accident. During the time of the accident my ex partner and I were moving back to San Diego when an argument made him purposely go off the freeway and try to kill me and left me with multiple challenges. I fractured my back and have been doing everything in my power to walk again. None of my things survived the accident. Everything I have worked hard for is gone. My bills have been piling up and now im drowning in debt and Dr's say I can't go back to work for at least 6months. Im not one to ask for hand outs but if you can help in anyway I humbly thank you.
