Sione Kaafi

My good friend, Sione Kaafi, is like a brother to me and he just found out that he has colon cancer.  His treatment will consist of chemo therapy and 2 major operations.  It is expected to last about 6 months.  He hasn’t been able to work the last few months and is struggling to pay rent on an apartment near the hospital in Massachusetts, along with medical bills and everyday expenses. I wanted to reach out and see if any of our friends or family can help Sione during this difficult time. My name is Danny Leao and I have known him for 40 years.  We played music together and he is a wonderful friend, father and husband. UPDATE:  Sione has six more weeks of treatment and then a final operation.  He has been out of work for almost a year and is struggling to keep up  with the medical bills.  Please help if you can. His out of pocket medical expenses are pretty high and anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
