Single Young Mother Of Two Battling Cancer

Hello, my name is Lucy, and on behalf of my sister Marilynn (38), her school age children (17 & 11), and our family we humbly ask for your assistance on her cancer fight.

After several costly visits to the ER, and as many emotionally missed diagnoses, she was unfortunately diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in August of 2022. Requiring immediate surgery (Total Colectomy) to remove a melon size tumor, she continues to fight and endure the complications of chemotherapy; all the while, returning to work to support and provide for her children as a single parent.

Finances have sky rocketed out of control, and many bills continue to pile up; however, she was luckily selected to seek treatment at M.D. Anderson in Houston, the country’s top ground breaking Cancer research center. Unfortunately, she simply cannot finance this treatment without your help. The goal is to reach $20,000 to cover costs of travel, treatment in Houston, and living expenses for her two children.
