Single mother of 3 with Cancer

I am a single mother of 3 gorgeous children. I have a 16 yr old son, and two daughters that are 5 and 2 years Old. I am asking for your help with medical expenses, living expenses, vehicle repairs and well the list is pretty much endless at this point. I was diagnosed with a Palb2 Mutation, Stage 3 Breast cancer it has spread to 25 of the 26 lymph nodes, I have had a right mastectomy causing lymphedema of the right arm. I am also undergoing tests for my high risk of pancreatic cancer.
As far as my story, I have had a long life of struggles as I am sure everyone has. I'll try to keep this short since it can get pretty depressing, I am trying to look forward and stay positive. Ok well I'm not sure where to start...
I have been out of work for about a year now, shortly after losing my job I had time for a regular check up and everything else came out fine only I was positive for breast cancer and High risk for pancreatic cancer something called Palb2 Mutation. I want to say I face this right away but I didn't I hid it from pretty much everyone. I'm not sure if I was too scared to face reality or just completely dumbfounded because I had never felt so lost. I started my millions of appointments, biopsies, surgeries, etc... On my way to one of my appointments some jerk slams on his brakes causing me to spin out, jump a construction zone (a little mountain of dirt), I avoided all vehicles however mine didn't make out so good. Now I am unable to drive myself to my appointments, and am always getting rides. Following that I went through and and healthy downpour of emotional instability, and negative false surroundings. I have made some changes to help me out come and allow treatment to begin. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments and still have no income. I also need to start physical therapy, aquatic therapy and lymphedema therapy. I continue to try to stay afloat as far as past due bills, current necessities, and of course there are lots of things I would love to do with my family and children. My stress is through the roof with all my unpaid bills, busted vehicle and failing health.
I am unsure how this go fund me works but anything helps and prayers help and are just as rich as currency!!
