On the 21st of August, an electrical fire completely destroyed the only transportation for a local single mother friend of mine.

The fire started while she was driving the vehicle, and thankfully nobody was harmed, but as you can see in the images, that poor car was a total loss.

Tirelessly helping thousands of families in need in the Bradenton and Sarasota area, she created and runs a free local group that helps folks find children's items, maternity clothing, baby items for expecting mothers, food, furniture, beds, appliances: you name it, people are getting help receiving free items, and also finding access to other free services in the area. For TEN YEARS she's been serving our local community with needed resources, managing this group almost single handedly.

Due to the loss of her only vehicle, this extraordinary person has been unable to work since the 21st, and is now forced to search for a new job.

Let's help this family get back on their feet with a new vehicle (and hopefully some extra to catch up with the bills!!!).
