My contractual partners have 0% ownership of my business/brand but has abused control given over my company online operating accounts/assets that I am locked out of and have been denied access to despite many requests.

My name is Abra McField. My journey took a difficult turn when I discovered that my now-former contractual partners , whom I trusted, worked with in some capacity for 6 years and brought into my business just a year ago, had been benefiting from the company’s revenue without fulfilling their contractual obligations. Despite multiple requests—over 12 emails and 5 texts since January 29, 2025—I have been locked out of my company’s online asset accounts, including my website host account, Instagram, company emails and other accounts needed to operate my business. I exercised patience and gave them many opportunities to do what was right, but May 2025, I discovered they made a public announcement claiming I walked away from my business to all of my customers I have built over the last 17 years, while they continue to sell products under my brand without my consent. I have attained legal help to protect my rights, recover my assets, and maintain the integrity of my legacy.
As a single mother living abroad in Asia, this has hit me especially hard. I finalized this big move based on our contractural agreement, but now I’m off track, putting out many fires, rebuilding my life while fighting to protect my name, my life's work and legacy. I’ve poured everything into my business and made countless sacrifices, even living in my car with my two kids just 10 years ago. I initially stayed quiet to keep the peace, but I’ve realized I can no longer do that.
Unfortunately, legal costs to pursue this are beyond what I can afford alone at this time. I had to choose to put my resources into the fight or to move on in some capacity and rebuild my life. I could not do both at the same time but if I do nothing, they continue to exploit my business. I have went without income for an entire year from my product side of my business (which was my main source of income). I regret that I believed in the business contractual agreement so much for way too long and should have stepped away much sooner but instead, I hung in there for 8/9 months before pulling back.
This is why I’m asking for your support. I’ve never asked for help before. I never thought I knew how but the one thing I know is that I can’t do this alone. Your donation will help me hire an attorney in New York to fight for my rights and recover my business and assests. I've consulted with three attorneys, all affirming I have a strong case worth pursuing.
This isn’t just about me. It's about my entire ecosystem for it has all been impacted. Thousands, including my students and their families, are feeling the effects, and even my kids are affected in ways we’re pushing through every day.

UPDATE: Nov 15th, 2025
I did not raise enough to retain an attorney...however, I now have a power of attorney in America and we are pursuing this case confidently. A Demand Letter was sent out in a last attempt to give the company who took my business a chance to make things right. All of the laws that were broken according to New York and Tort Law were spelled out and the money I am owed was requested. They received it Sept 12th and have 30 days to respond. My prayers are that we can find a resolution however if we cannot, or if we do not receive a response, we will proceed to file the official claim with the New York Federal Courts and this will begin the official legal process.
I have not been in contact with them since June 2025 which was my 15th request to re-gain access back to my online intellectually properties. They have still been selling my products to my customers and making money without compensating me. They have removed my face off of my website I've invested $30,000 into over the years with hundreds of great reviews. Since receiving my demand letter, they have removed the page to my website that connects potential customers to my AK 6 Month Hair Growth Sew IN students (and I send many customers) as well as cut off their wholesale discount codes so they cannot purchase products needed to provide my revolutionary hair growth system to their customers. My products work hand in hand with the service they provided so this affects thousands of customers as well. These 2 actions have single handily cut off my students income supply from my end. I am trying to find a temporary solution for having my students on a list where customers can still find them.

UPDATE Feb 11th 2026:
The owner of the company who stole my business never responded to my Demand Letter although they received it. I have now filed with the Federal Courts in New York 6 Claims (laws that were broken including trademark infringement) which is why I went the federal route. Those are documented as of today in the federal court system and online. Within the few weeks they will be summoned meaning there is a company that will hand deliver federal court documents to the company and owner. From there, they will have 21 days to respond. I have at the moment run out of resources but at lease this part is completed. I will not let this discourage me. They are still selling my Products as of Jan 2026 in which I can verify from multiple text message promotions from clients sent to me. The thing I am most saddened by at this moment is the way my students were done; cutting off their income stream and exposure from my website where I had thousands of visits per month. I did create an alternative list for them but unfortunately, it is not the same as the list on my website that was stolen for that generated hundreds to thousands of leads per month for the collective.

Update May 1, 2026
As of today, the company HLCC has been served 8 times to no avail. Employees of the company have claimed The owner/defendant is on vacation the past month. The employees are also denying receiving the summons by hand. I have discussed an alternative plan involving getting approval from the New York Federal Court for all home and business locations to be served and for all federal court documents to be left on the door at which that point, the 21 days deadline for them to reply will start immediately. but unfortunately I am at a stand still at the moment because I don't currently have the resources to move forward with this next set of plans at this time. I have had to start from scratch rebuilding my life with 3 kids learning new skills, investing in a new business and putting out fires that emerged as a result of this experience so my resources have had to be dividing amongst everything, however I am not discouraged. I am proud of how far I have gotten on my own and with the help from those of you who chose to help me in this fight . God has sustained me this entire time and I know I didn't come this far for it to stop here. Stay tuned for next update
