Single Mom Med issue,lost car,facing foreclosure

Hi, my name is Melissa McLellan and I'm so sorry to be asking for help, but I have no other options at this time.

My daughter's father left after 21 years during Thanksgiving time and never returned. He left me and my daughter, Katelyn, 19, with a mortgage and 2 car payments, all of which were 2 months past due. Unfortunately, I was not able to keep up with everything and my car was just repossessed.

I was and am still currently out of work due to a medical condition, cellulitis, which resulted in me being 75% bedridden.

I am still dealing with this condition and Katelyn is a full time college student and trying to help all she can, but I want her to focus on her degree. She is an outstanding student, graduated with honors from HCC with her AA at only 19 years old and was just accepted in the Nursing program at USF.

I am asking for help with my mortgage payment and her car payment so we do not loose our home or last means of transportation. I have managed to at least pay 1 payment each month to stop foreclosure, but this month, the funds are just not there and if we miss this payment, foreclosure will begin. The same goes for the car payment and Katelyn has to have a way to school, this is so important to her.
