Single Mom of 6 Needs a Minivan

For the last several years, my wife and I have been helping to support a single mother of six children, two of which have special needs. Despite battling extreme odds, this woman has methodically continued to strive for a better life for herself and her children. After hitting rock bottom with no money, no family support, and no place to live, she refused to quit and kept fighting. Many years of hard work later, she has graduated with honors from Brown Mackie College and is working full-time as a CNA. She has begun building a new life for herself and a new legacy for her kids.

On her way home from work last week she was involved in an accident which left her van totalled. Thankfully she was not badly hurt. However, now she is without a car, and desperately needs transportation to get back and forth to work and to take care of her children's needs.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 in order to purchase a minivan for her. This is a woman who has worked very hard to beat the odds and overcome circumstances that would defeat most people
