Single mom desperately needs your help

Hi everyone! My step-daughter is a single mom of a 15 year old girl, living on a teacher’s salary. She had some plumbing issues and was recently taken advantage of by a shady repair man who did nothing to help her situation. Her one bathroom home is now a zero bathroom home. Her and her daughter have been driving to a convenience store to use the restroom every evening. To add to the problem, the drain in her laundry room started overflowing and now she has to cart her clothes to friend’s homes to get her laundry done. She, like a lot of us, lives paycheck to paycheck and this emergency isn’t something she was prepared for.
She called another plumber last evening and bless this man, he spent three hours doing everything he could to help her resolve the issue. Unfortunately he discovered two breaks in her main sewer line and was unable to restore the flow due to the amount of damage. He refused to charge my step-daughter for his service because he could not complete the repair, what a blessing. He estimated the cost to repair the line at a minimum of $9,000, which she does not have. As he is a one man operation and unable to make the repairs he recommended a plumbing company with a great reputation and the ability to complete the repairs. As their home is basically unlivable at this time, she and her daughter could use, and will greatly appreciate, all the blessings they can get.
She has made it on her own for 15 years without asking for help. I know she is too proud to do this on her own. Please help her out.
The funds will be used to make the repairs necessary to return their home back to a livable one bathroom home.
