Hello PLEASE JUST TAKE YOURE TIME (time runs fast ) im  a single mother to my 10-year-old boy NOW 11 and my 3-year-old fur baby. My landlord, William Asper, has somehow managed to place a 24-hour eviction notice that my FORMER ATTORNEY couldnt get lifted. Somehow, someway, in Westland, MI, and he is known for this on a fb page(2.4 k following ) whom the owner of the page is a blessing because without that I wouldn’t know everything . I had no clue, but I first thought the house had fleas 3-4 months ago but found out it was mites. He called me a liar and did nothing but collect rent. No maintenance person, no nothing, and I obviously couldn't work dealing with open wounds and still dealing with them because I left so now the ones I didn’t even know about are coming out of my skin which is so painful probably came after I was treated because I had no where else to go but my home ! So im being retreated for the mite bites and Ina room with my son and dog whom is so sweet hes been such a good boy! Hasn’t made one bathroom accident❤️ 

now I’m finally out of there and running low on money I have 2 DAYS LEFT OF A ROOM ITS BEEN 2 weeks THEY PILED ALL MY BELONGINGS IN A HUGE PILE AND I Couldn’t EVEN LIFT THE HEAVY STUFF TO GET TO ANYTHING .

 Managed to grab a couple things but had to buy basic necessities(toothbrushes,clothing  )  IM LIVING A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE I JUST WANT TO WORK and live a normal life again ? I paid half the rent and told him he needs to exterminate the building because next door has 13 cats and was also a pedofile who lived next too a public park& school ! How is that person the only one left too well as of yesterday he moved someone in mine BECAUSE MY HOUSE DIDNT HAVE NOTHING WRONG) he said it doesn’t work like that when I mentioned my deposit and last months rent WHILE ON THE RUN FROM FEDERAL GOVT ; HE MOVED SOMEONE IN THE CONDEMMED HOME IN WESTLAND THAT WE JUST LEFT AND WHOM GRANTED THAT INSPECTION WITH A CONDEMMED HOME AND WANTED FELON AND A MAN NEXT DOOR WHOS NOT EVEN ALLLOWED TO BE BY A PARK OR SCHOOL WITH 13 cats BUT LIVED NEXT TO ME AND HOME SMELLED LIKE DEATH PROBABLY WHY I WAS GETTING ATTACKED BY GOD KNOWS! 

 I was preparing to get a court date in the mail at any time because I knew he wasn’t going to do anything So, the night of my SONS BIRTHDAY WAS SLAPPED WITH A 24 eviction which I WAS THINKING ILL HAVE 30 days just like any of their human even the ones who won’t leave other ppls home ? 

CBS new came and said they were holding back tears but can’t even put us on now because the federal govt won’t send them the document they need to release it WHICH WOULD HAVE HELPED ME ALOT THAT WAS MY ONLY HOPE. 

Christmas just passed and I HAVE TO CARRY ALL MY FAMILIES WEIGHT BECAUSE THEIR TURNING THEIR HEADS AND DONT EVEN KNOW IF WERE OKAY .

 MY MOTHER SENT 200 below 2 weeks ago which got me in for 1 day cause of deposit so THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU WANTED TO BE KNOWN TO SAY YOU HELPED US HERES YOUR RECOGNITION!! For all the family you lied too about me & COWORKERS BUT REALLY YOU LOOK WORSE AS A MOTHER CAUSE YOURE IN A MANSION ALONE AND IVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING & never even cursed around her but shes kept me away from my father and his family whom idk and tells her side  im horrible when I STILL LOVE HER AND CRAVE HER TO JUST ACCEPT ME IN HER LIFE ! Straight A student , never called from a jail or did things that is horrible ! shes not responsible or entitled to help me but at a time like this why wouldn’t you as my mother or his grandmother ? 

I  I’ve accepted ME NOR MY SON MATTERS EVEN THOUGH SHE KNOWS I FOUND HIS FATHER DECEASED 7 months pregnant and no not to drugs (only saying because thats a lot of assumptions Ive been asked) and watched me go to an interview the very next day of my sons father passing and busted my butt to graduate through the pain FOR my Son.

My son is my world, and HE HAS SEPARATION ANXIETY IF HE STAYS AT A FRIENDS I was mostly hosting the sleepovers etc up untill hell broke loose but I couldn't even function if CBS DID BREAK UP OUR OWN SELVES AND HIS FURRY BROTHER somebody could please help, every inch matters right now.

CBS NEWS MADE AN ATTEMPT TO CALL WESTLAND 18th district court and they said I missed my courtdate but I never even received one I received one in the mail the same day I got the 24 hour eviction IN THE FORMER TENETS NAME AND THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS A MISTAKE AND TO IGNORE THAT BIT I ALREADY OPENED IT BECAUSE STATED  & all other occupants for the 15th so I assumed maybe that was for me ? But they said why would I think that thats stupid of me HOWEVER I WAS SUPPOSE TO GO WITH HER BUT SHE HAD TO GO ALONE CAUSE I WAS TOLD THATS IRRELEVANT TO ME AND THAT WAS A WAY TO GET AWAY WITH WHATEVER HES DONE TO HER AND ME  (the courthouse sent trial and he did horrible and same exact things to me ) 

 How could I work if I'm constantly cleaning 24 hours a day? I almost died from scabies/cellutities which I thought were like an STD but no it’s when Mites burrow into your skin. WHERE CAN I WORK OR HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO EVEN LEAVE THE HOME WITHOUT PPL ASKING ME IF IM ON DRUGS CAUSE OF MY SCARS ? Ive balled my eyes out so many times because for someone who’s terrified of needles let alone doing drugs is not okay  

 I was buying different flea because thats what he said was from me and was told BY HIM VIA TEXT remedies/exterminator for fleas because thats what he said !!  Now I'm down to zero, nowhere to live, and nobody to call. Please pray

please HELP I  SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SON INA HORRIBLE SITUATION WITH STILL NO LEADS CPS HAS NO FUNDS TO HELP. I have a lawsuit but that will take a while to come into affect. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF HOSPITAL RECORDS / sexual harassment / neglect /verbal ,mental and physical abuse! 

He is now on the run from the federal government but just was told he rented the home out to another person yesterday in Westland ?  even though it’s condemned? So who is passing inspections ? housing isn’t adequate enough for the section 8 voucher tenent and wouldn’t grant it to him but has taken advantage of many tenets who chose not to live there or died (which is 3 within 8 months of living there that he “found “ odd! & still collected section 8 money from the state while having a whole new tenent there ! ILLEGAL AS WELL 

 he put fear into me and made me feel stuck 

“goodluck getting a place with an eviction on ur record “ or “Their coming to take your kid away on the 16th” .He called CPS on me on top of everything and I let her come in and soon as she seen all his stuff and LED bed frame ,PS5 ,VR , toons of clothes, collectibles, everything we started from nothing with coming there is gone and she said shes closing the case . My snow globes froze and cracked from how cold it is that Ive been collecting for my son since a child . 

Please help us !!!!! Please 

p.s son has scars too but I put myself last thats why im so messed up cause I didn’t want my child getting another mark . Vacuuming /mopping his room at 4am daily it helped him but soon as he cleared I GOT HIT HARD and his remains little scars ! Please help
