Single Mom and Son on Verge of Homelessness

Hello everyone. My name is Brendan Horstman. I'm a recent Phillipsburg High School graduate and I need your help. My mother and I live alone, my father is in prison and we are financially struggling. Recently my mothers car was repossessed and the bank will auction it off soon and we will not be able to get it back. My mom is currently unemployed and can not get to a job if she has no vehicle or transportation. As well as not having a vehicle, we have not been able to pay our rent and are on the verge of losing our apartment after the extension on payments from COVID-19 is lifted.  With no car, and no apartment, we would be homeless and not able to get back on our feet. This is my first gofundme, my mom has made one before for us , however that was a year ago.  It is extremely frustrating and embarrassing to have to make two of these and ask and beg for help. I know many people are financially struggling right now but if you can donate any amount or take the time to share this, you could be saving our livelihoods AND our lives. My mother is a breast cancer survivor and the best woman I know and I'll be damned if I can't help her. We have both fought so hard and we need an extra push. My father has been in prison since 2016 and we have gotten no child support from him since. We have no other option, no other family we can turn too. I know I'm asking for a lot, but when wealth is one day put into my pockets, I know I will pay it forward and make a difference in someone's life.
