I’m fundraising on behalf of my dear friend Matt— a devoted father who is facing an emergency that no parent should have to go through.

He faces eviction and baliffs at the door. Over the last year, life has knocked him down repeatedly. Through no fault of his own he lost his job due to redundancies while facing debts from family court after a gruelling 2.5 year experience. Everything has come crashing down and he has nowhere to turn. He's struggling badly and needs our help.

It's extremely distressing and his mental state is deteriorating each day while trying to stay strong. He's doing his best to shield his son from the worry.

This is not a man who gives up easily. Matt has always been a proud provider — he has sold what he can, cut every expense, and kept pushing through severe stress and mental strain while trying . He doesn't like asking for help like this, but right now he urgently needs a lifeline.

Matt is an incredibly loving dad — his son is his whole world — and he has fought so hard to stay strong through all of this. But he cannot do it alone anymore.
