On December 25th my dad was admitted in to the hospital with the H3N2 influenza type A and pneumonia. It unexpectedly turned for the worst and he became septic. His kidneys and respiratory system began to fail and he is now currently receiving dialysis to help with the toxins and edema. We thought it was going to be a short couple of days in the hospital and he would be better and home with his family, but that short stay has now turned into weeks with no sight of going home anytime soon. He is a single father who works very hard for everything that he has. He loves his family, his friends and all of his coworkers who have become his second family at Central Valley Concrete. Unfortunately, for the time being he is unable to work leaving him without a source of income. As hard as it for us to do this, we are reaching out and asking for your help with his medical bills. We need to ensure that he is able to keep his house up and running and will be able to pay his bills on time while he is in the hospital. Most of all, we are please asking for your thoughts and prayers as we believe prayer is everything. I know we have all just come out of the holiday season, but anything at all that you may be able to contribute would be greatly appreciated and a huge help to him and our family.
