Single father and two daughters homeless.

Hi my name is Grace Gillespie. I am trying to raise funds for my family friends who are currently homeless. Their story starts with Steve their father who gained the custody of his two daughters after being kept away for 5 years. When Steve found them he went to court and won full custody of the kids. Steve and the girls moved in with their grandmother who helped care. Three years later their grandmother became terminally ill with lung cancer. Steve quit his job of 20 years to take care of his mother. Their grandmother had no insurance. Steve used his savings for a year and a half to save his mom. The grandmother passed away not too long after this. Soon after tragedy hit again as Steve was struck with pulmonary embolisms in his lungs. He was hospitalized for 6 weeks nearly dying. If that wasn’t enough covid hit. After he was released he struggled to find work because of the lockdown. Steve and the girls lost their home of 40 years and the owner of the building raised money for them to move to a new city and start a new life. The family moved and the father struggled to find work because of his terminally ill conditions. He was trying to start his own business to take care of his kids but needed to take random jobs to keep the family afloat but it wasn’t enough for them to live on with him being the only one supporting the family of three. They were evicted from their home in April and are currently homeless. He is at risk of losing his two daughters to the state. I am looking for some help so they can find a RV to purchase and live out of. Anything helps. God bless you. ❤️
