single father and daughter in need of help

     I find my self and daughter in a difficult situation . Please understand I also find it very difficult to ask for help.
    Two years ago my child started getting sick quite often.  There were many doctors appointments, blood tests and super expensive scans... not to mention lots of missed school and work. We met with Doctor Erin Petti  in the Pediatric Neurology/Epiletology department of Johns Hopkins All Children`s Hospital. Dr Petti informed us that Ava has a 9mm x 6mm mass or cyst in her brain pressing on her Pitino gland which were causing symptoms such as debilitating headaches ,vomiting, and loss of appetite. Consequently, we had to pull Ava out of school and home school her.
  We are currently treating the symptoms and following up with regular scans. Ava has good days and not so good days. Rest assured Daddy knows how to keep a smile on her face.
  On the 26th of blue October I had a heart attack and was admitted to Tampa General ICU . I was discharged on Friday, October 30th at 4:30 pm. That night, I had to rush Ava to Tampa General Hospital Emergency Room. I found her on the floor of the kitchen gasping for air as  Ava was having complications with a new medication.
     Sitting with her in the ER with her was more than difficult, as you can understand. We returned home at 5:00 am.  I was back in the hospital for another heart attack that evening. I have attempted to return  to work and only made it a half day when the ambulance had to pick me up and return me  to TGH.  After three heart attacks and two heart episodes within the following six weeks , my heart is functioning between 48% ~56%. 
 Needless to say, our finances have dried up.  As to be expected,  the bills are  very over due. Our car was repossessed by Santander. The water heater rusted out and much more . 
  If you know me, I am always smiling and attempting to be funny and this situation is not going to bring us down.  Ava is brave, strong and feeling better or she is pretending to feel better for me.
I need time to heal and we are in desperate need of your financial assistance along with some love and prayers please.
